Dermal Fillers

Restore lost facial volume and plump up your thinning skin

Dermal Filler Treatment in Cheshire for ageing skin

We naturally lose skin volume as we age, and our collagen levels decrease. Dermal filler treatments are effective in improving the appearance of ageing skin. Dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that helps keep the skin hydrated and looking youthful. By injecting dermal fillers under the skin, Dr Ahmed can restore lost facial volume and plump up your thinning skin to give you a rejuvenated appearance. Sunken areas under the eyes and deep wrinkles in the skin are effectively filled in to give you a more even skin contour and consequently, a more youthful appearance.

Mandie Dransfield is a highly trained practitioner, who has been administering dermal fillers using advanced techniques for many years. During your consultation with Mandie Dransfield, you will discuss what you want the fillers to achieve and she will use her eye for aesthetics to make suggestions as to how she can deliver optimal results for you. Mandie will then provide the treatment as discussed, to give you the look you want.

Dermal Fillers Treatment Summary

FAQs

Does it hurt?

Prior to treatment, Mandie Dransfield will apply a mild anaesthetic cream. A very fine needle is used for the treatment itself, making the whole process as comfortable as possible for you. Afterwards, there may be some redness, or swelling in the treated area, but this settles down very quickly.

How long do the effects of fillers last?

You’ll see the effects of fillers straight away. Your skin will be visibly plumped, with a smoother skin contour. However, you may have to wait for any redness, or swelling to go down, before you can get a better idea of your new look. The effects last for 6-9 months, after which time you can have a top up treatment.

How long does filler treatment take?

The whole process takes 20-40 minutes. It depends on how many facial lines you are having treated. Once the treatment is over, there’s no downtime. You’ll be able to resume your everyday activities straight away.

What areas can fillers treat?
Fillers can do the following:

  • Highlight your cheekbones.
  • Restore lost volume to your cheeks.
  • Reduce deep nasolabial lines (the lines that run from your nose to your mouth.)
  • Reduce marionette lines (the lines that run from your mouth to your chin.)
  • Enhance your chin.
  • Subtly alter the shape of your nose in a non-surgical way.
  • Effectively fill in the sunken areas under your eyes, known as tear troughs.
  • Reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Reduce temple hollows.
  • Augment your lips.
  • Provide you with a non-surgical 8 point face lift, to tighten and firm the face, making you appear younger.
Can anyone have dermal filler treatment?

As hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the body, there are no huge risks with dermal filler treatment. It’s not advised for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as people on certain medications.

Customer Testimonials

Always made to feel very welcome at the establishment from 1st arrival to leaving.  Both Kirsty and the receptionist (unfortunately didnt catch her name) are very friendly and always professional. Good advice offered as always and looking forward to further visits

Fantastic service. Friendly staff. Best place for laser treatments. They have the clients best interest at heart. Perfect location for when you have had treatment and don’t want to be seen afterwards. Thank you Lynton clinic. I will be back!

Jenny Weinstock

I finished my 3 C02 treatments in March and I am really pleased with the results.  I am in my mid 60s, so wasn’t expecting miracles!  It took another couple of months after the treatments finished before I really noticed an improvement  - the lines on my face have softened considerably and my skin is much brighter and clearer.  So many friends have told me how healthy I look but more importantly I feel much happier and confident. I am very impressed with the Lynton Clinic and Kirsty who did my treatments.
