Kirsty Turnbull

Lynton Training Academy Manager

Kirsty brings a wealth of advanced knowledge to The Lynton Clinic. Utilising her teaching background at the Lynton Training Academy on courses in conjunction with the University of Manchester ensures that The Lynton Clinic is at the forefront of aesthetic knowledge to deliver advanced laser and light treatments.

With over 15 years’ experience, Kirsty has performed many laser and IPL treatments. She can perform all treatments at the clinic and particularly enjoys formulating acne management programs, having experienced first-hand the difficulty in treating the condition.


Stacey Leach

Therapist

Stacey Leach is a senior therapist at The Lynton Clinic with over 11 years of experience in aesthetics. With a rich background in various roles including Laser Practitioner, Clinical Trainer and Clinic Manager, Stacey has developed a diverse skill set.

Throughout her career, Stacey has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of cosmeceutical skincare brands and administer an extensive array of skin and laser treatments. Her genuine passion lies in delivering the best possible treatments for clients in a relaxed environment, ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes.

Mandie Dransfield

Injectable Consultant

Mandie achieved her Registered Nurse qualification in 1992 and entered the Aesthetics industry in 2005. She first obtained a BTEC in Laser & Aesthetics and completed her Initial Botox training. She secured a position at sk:n as a Clinic Nurse, later becoming a National Trainer and Lead Nurse. In 2009, she started working at Transform and completed her Independent Nurse Prescribing qualification from Liverpool John Moores University in 2010.

Mandie opened her business in January 2013 and in October 2016 she left employment at Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group after seven years and is now working full-time in her practice. She works at a highly advanced level and undertakes regular training to maintain and improve standards.

She is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses and the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group. Additionally, she holds current Nursing & Midwifery Council Registration as a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber.

With an ethical approach to her patients, she provides a full and honest consultation without engaging in hard selling tactics. She offers an opportunity to ask questions and provides ample time to decide on the right treatment options. She is fully insured and regularly attends Masterclass training and industry-standard training to ensure the ongoing safe practice of the latest techniques.

 


Dr Rajani 

Dr Rajani Nalluri

Consultant Dermatologist

Dr. Nalluri qualified in India and then did her early postgraduate training in paediatrics in the UK, followed by Dermatology training from one of the largest dermatology units outside London (Northwest rotation – Manchester) and obtained CCT in 2016.

Since then, she has obtained higher training in cosmetic Dermatology from Dermatology, Laser & Vein Specialists of the Carolina, a leading cosmetic practice in Charlotte, USA. She then completed an MSc Diploma in Skin Ageing and Aesthetics from the University of Manchester with a dissertation reviewing tranexamic acid treatment for melasma. To further her interest in pigmentary disorders and cosmetics, she completed a fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology and Pigmentary Disorders from Oliva Skin & Hair clinics in India; gained further experience from Professor Pandya, Pigmentary Disorders Expert in Dallas, Texas; and completed a mentorship with the Skin of Colour Society, USA.

She has many national and international presentations and publications; and has authored book chapters for the “Treatment of Skin Diseases” in the recent 2 editions.

Qualifications: MBBS, MRCPCH, DiPD, MRCPderm, MSc Diploma in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic medicine


Dr Samantha Hills

Clinical Director  

Dr Sam Hills is the Clinical Director at Lynton, Sam is also an honorary lecturer in the Department of Musculoskeletal and Dermatological Sciences at the University of Manchester, lecturing on the Anti-Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine MSc course. 

At Lynton, Sam is responsible for Lynton’s team of clinicians, trainers and clinical trials, and all of the in-depth training courses and qualifications offered by Lynton, including the Lynton / University of Manchester Skin Laser courses which are available to anyone in the industry with an interest in laser applications. 

Dr Sam Hills is also BABTAC‘s expert in Laser and IPL and is on the teaching faculty of the British Medical Laser Association.


Dr Jon Exley

Managing Director

Jon is our Managing Director and was responsible for establishing The Lynton Clinic in 2008.  Jon is also the Managing Director of our parent company, Lynton Lasers Ltd, who supply all our first-class laser technology.  In addition, Jon is passionate about safety and standards at the Lynton Clinic and indeed, the wider Aesthetics industry.  That’s why he established Lynton’s Laser training facility within our clinic. Our team is responsible for training hundreds of practitioners in the safe use of lasers and IPL. Jon’s passion for the clinic and the training centre is reflected in his other roles within the industry.  

He holds the position of Honorary Secretary of the British Medical Laser Association (BMLA) and is a member of the External Advisory Board for the University of Manchester (Dept. of Physics).  In addition, Jon was invited to join the Expert Reference Group established by Health Education England (NHS), which developed a new educational qualification framework for the use of Lasers, Intense Pulsed Light and LED in non-surgical cosmetic interventions.


Dr Andrew Charlton (PhD)

Chairman

In 1994 Andrew left the University of Manchester to establish Lynton Lasers Ltd to develop new products for IPL and laser technology. In 2007 Lynton decided to focus on an expansion in the UK market, this led to the opening of its flagship training centre and the Lynton Clinic. Thanks to the ongoing growth in the business, Andrew became Chairman of the Lynton Group in March 2009.
